隨著選礦工藝水平的進(jìn)步和選礦廠介耗量等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)要求的提高,對除鐵機(jī)的分選效果的要求也在不斷地提高。因此影響濕式除鐵機(jī)分選效果的因素已成為廣泛討論的問題。

一、濕式除鐵機(jī)工作間隙的尺寸大小對磁選效果的影響

所謂除鐵機(jī)的工作間隙,就是圓筒與槽體的間距。這個間距的大小是影響選別精礦質(zhì)量的因素之一。間隙過小(即筒皮與槽體的距離太近),礦漿通過時,不但不暢通影響處理量,而且由于間距太小,就會使不論磁性大小的顆粒都會得到充分機(jī)會吸到筒皮上。主要是由于礦漿距磁場太近,磁場強(qiáng)度很高造成的。然而對降低尾礦品位提高回收率是有好處的。如果間距過大,只能使磁性較強(qiáng)的顆粒選上來,弱一些的就選不上來了。雖然精礦品位提高了,但尾礦品位也增加了,降低了回收率。所以調(diào)整好工作間隙是很重要的。工作間隙可以通過支架角鋼下邊的墊片來調(diào)整改變間隙大小。

二、濕式除鐵機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速大小對磁選效果的影響

一般地說除鐵機(jī)直徑小的采用高轉(zhuǎn)速,例如φ600mm直徑采用40rpm;直徑大的采用低轉(zhuǎn)速例如φ750mm直徑采用36rpm。除鐵機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速的大小主要對處理能力影響較大。轉(zhuǎn)速高處理能力大,轉(zhuǎn)速低處理能力低。對精礦質(zhì)量有一定的影響。轉(zhuǎn)速高的除鐵機(jī)在運轉(zhuǎn)中,由于速度比較快,磁性小些的連生體和脈石上來的機(jī)會就少,只有那些磁性較高的礦粒才可能選別上來,因而精礦質(zhì)量就高些。反之轉(zhuǎn)速低,速度相對較慢,由于磁感應(yīng)作用使磁性弱些的礦粒也有機(jī)會選別上來,造成精礦質(zhì)量受到影響。

三、濕式除鐵機(jī)磁系偏角大小對磁選效果的影響

除鐵機(jī)在靠傳動側(cè)的軸頭上都裝有磁偏角指示裝置,搬動調(diào)整螺母就可調(diào)節(jié)磁系偏角的大小。磁偏角的角度過大過小都不好,過小影響精礦質(zhì)量,使磁性較小的顆粒有機(jī)會選別上來,但會使尾礦品位降低,對回收率有好處;角度過大,對提高精礦質(zhì)量有好處,因為只有磁性大的顆粒才有機(jī)會被選上來,磁性小的就沒有機(jī)會上來而進(jìn)入尾礦,使尾礦品位增高,降低回收率。所以,磁偏角大小多少合適必須根據(jù)作業(yè)要求來調(diào)整,一般生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場磁偏角均調(diào)整在15°~20°左右。調(diào)整好的磁系偏角,在生產(chǎn)中如果操作條件及要求沒有變化,不要輕易隨便動。
